MedVox emerged as a finalist in the Smart India Hackathon, showcasing its revolutionary approach to prescription management. This mobile application streamlines the prescription generation process by automating it through speech recognition and keyword detection.

Installed on a mobile device, MedVox operates as a passive listener during doctor-patient conversations. Through speech recognition algorithms, it parses the dialogue to identify relevant keywords and medical terms. Subsequently, MedVox autonomously generates a comprehensive prescription based on the conversation's context and the doctor's recommendations.

At the conclusion of each patient visit, the generated prescription is made available to the patient within the app. Additionally, the doctor has the opportunity to review the prescription in PDF format, digitally sign it for authentication, and ensure accuracy before finalizing it. This seamless workflow optimizes the prescription process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Powered by Flutter for cross-platform development and integrated with Firebase for data storage and management, MedVox offers a user-friendly interface and secure data handling. Patients can conveniently access all their previous prescriptions within the app, ensuring continuity of care. MedVox utilizes Google Cloud Speech-to-Text service for transcription.
